Boil 100g Dhal.
Take 2 spoon edible oil add mustard
after. Add onion, green chillies,
curry leaves and fry till golden
brown. Take 100g cutting vegetables
2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, required
Umadi’s Sambar Powder, salt
to taste and cook with boiled dhal
for 15 minutes. Now garnish with
chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty
Umadi’s Sambar is ready to
serve.
